“Location and more!”

Conveniently located next to the Emporium Mall, and across from a train station. Next to a park that frequently has music shows. Staff is ver professional, and eager to help. Restaurant is very good, and staff knows the menu well. I wanted Thai dishes and waitress' recommendation was a hit! The spa is very good, and the massage was excellent.

This hotel is perfectly located for SkyTrain access and has a fabulous shopping mall on its doorstep. I stayed on the 41st floor which looks over the park. Large square room. Very comfortable bed. Lets give this 5 star for location. Another 5 for their biggest asset ... The staff.. However, sorry.... The lobby & public areas are well presented. The suites, tell another story.
