Stayed at the hotel December 2011. No problems at check-in, and the room was quite nice. Pool was on smallish side and was shaded most of the day, but the great breaksfast buffet and froiendly staff made up for it. Centrally located-just watch out for taxi touts oustside the hotel. I like this hotel a lot and often come back. Always the same friendly smiles and helpful service (the concierge is excellent). (Actually the sent me a birthday greeting via mail recently!) The breakfast is great and served in a wonderful breakfast room close to the small pool. You can often get good deals too if checked Booking or Agoda. More
