stayed a few times previously and was very happy with the service hence choose to stay again. Unfortunately, this time staying with young baby received poor service and feels like the staff do not understand exactly what guests require and request were. Rooms starts to get tired and facilities need proper up-keep.

i spent in these hotel just acouple of nights because i just was in transit in bangkok. The place is quite and downtown but not too near mrt and bts. Staff not so helpful and not so smiling. This hotel is not bad and not good.....just normal.... maybe it could be cheaper for what you get. Cheers. Jack

The last remaining fully "garden" hotel in Bangkok that hasn't been demolished for a shopping mall or turned into one. Staff knowledge very poor, wasted time durign check in, where same questions were asked twice e.g. what time you would like to check out, my credit card was requested twice ! My membership application was also not attended to obvious as I have not received my membership number until today !

stayed here with my friends for 3 nights,, amazing property with clean rooms and very well maintained public area.. staff communication could be better, but you will find this problem everywhere in thailand... went twice for breakfast but all hot food was cold, but nice selection of other breakfast items,,

Breakfast was a very pleasant experience. Very spacious area with a view of the outdoor including garden and swimming pool. Tables were all very clean. You can see service staff diligently cleaning up the table after a diner has left and setting the table anew for next diner. The staff including senior staff were seen picking litter from the floor.... More

Unreserved praise for Nai Lert Swissotel. Staff (especially Emmy and the Phillipino singers) were really nice.
