This hotel is in a good position, It is on Sukhumvit Soi 22 and only five minits walk to the Robinson's Department store (just at the end of the street) With Terminal 21 on the opposite corner so no busy road to cross. It is far enough down Soi 22 to be very quiet with no loud traffic noise or... More

Whenever I had been to Bangkok, I stayed in Honey Hotel. I stayed in January 2011, September 2011 and recently in April, 2013. I really enjoyed the hospitability. The location is superb. Everything is available nearby. Very convenient place to go main main places. The complimentary breakfast is sumptutuous. Rooms are very clean and in a very cosy atmosphere. I... More

Stayed here with large group of friends in Feb 2013 and was perfect for our stay. Room deco is dated but it part of the hotels charm. Aircon in room worked well and room was clean. I stayed in Deluxe room 2nd floor overlooking the pool. You can walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall in 5 minutes. Terminal 21 has... More

Two issues - the most miserable and insolent office girl you could meet; a stark surprise in a culture that smiles so readily. Generally Thais are very friendly - and are very good at acting friendly even if they don't feel like it. Not so here. Second issue: a huge building project immediately adjacent to the hotel. By immediate I... More

A good option for a quick Bangkok layover. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably clean. Went for non smoking on the 3rd floor for 900 Baht. Kind of a unique "old school" ambiance, but not a good choice for a family. Nice wide hallways and an open staircase. Better than most hotels under a fire or evacuation... More

During my recent visit in Bangkok, I insisted to stay 2 nights at the Honey Hotel for a very personal reason. I have stayed here for a year or so as a child in the 70's when it was a GI hotel. I have fond memories of this hotel where I have spent lots of time in and by the... More

Whenever I stay in Bangkok, I usually end up back at Honey Hotel. It's hard to beat in terms of value for money (although prices have just gone up this month!) Still, nice rooms, very central and OK staff.

The Honey Hotel is located behind the Robinson Department Store/Westin Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 19. The cheapest rooms are 800 baht single and are located behind the parked cars in the parking garage. The price list said their charge for an additional person is 200 baht. The cheapest rooms in the main building are 900 baht. These rooms do not... More
