Cheap double bedroom for 2 nights- only stayed as it was our first place in Bangkok, we quickly upgraded to a hotel. Corridor and building very dusty, looks unfinished. No need for the huge tv in the room, space to pot our bags would've been better use of space! Air con worked well, bed was comfy, private bathroom fine. Great... More

The inn is located near Khaosan road, the famous party block, in Bangkok. Locationwise, it is very convenient. Food vendors and massage parlors are everywhere within 1 minute distance. It is basically a quick stayover for many backpackers. The price per night depends on fan or air conditioning, shared bathroom on private ones, including breakfast or not. After all, the... More

This is one of the worst place ( if not top of the list) I stayed in during my various trips to South East Asia and Bangkok. We arrived late after 12 hours in a bus so we did not look much. The room was a bit less than Ok but the shower was warm even if not so clean,... More

We booked a Superior Double room for 1 day stay over in Bangkok. Location of hotel was such that taxi driver dropped us on main street, and we had to search for the hotel in small allies of backpackers area at midnight. The room was not at all like the images shown in Cleartrip. It was a very small room... More

We booked this hotel on the recommendation of our travel agent, supposedly a 3* hostel so in Thai standards should of been presentable. We turned up after having to be dropped of on Khoisan rd because the taxi driver could not find it, having said that it is a convenient location in the end, to be told they had no... More

If not for the front desk staff, I'd give this one a good rating. I'd have to say the room I got was nice. Cheap. Clean. Looked like it was just got painted or something. Tv wasn't working. But I wasn't really planning to stay in. Hot shower wasn't working too. But it was hot that cold shower was really... More

The question I ask is why is it called Smile Inn? My experience gave me nothing to smile about. I paid over 600 THB for a superior room, which is expensive on Thai standards, and it was disgusting. There were holes in the floor, window panes were missing, the aircon unit sounded like a concord taking off and I could... More

This place was cheap and right by khao san which was good for us and not a bad price, however i'm sure there's much better for the same price. Standard rooms and being in Thailand for the past 6 months nothing really bothers me, however for slightly more wary travellers to put it bluntly the rooms are dirty, they smell... More
