This hotel is quite new with modern decoration. The room I have facing the mountain and gives me a good view through a big glass window. The gym, swimming pool are in good condition and very nice. The buffet breakfast has variety of food and very good. more

Stayed at the Meridien Chiang Mai for several nights using partial SPG points, and it's true what they say: use points and your stock value among guests goes down. Lots of issues with room assignments, that to the staff's credit was resolved even though it took a few attempts and several hours of waiting for a clean room. From being... more

Overall good experience. The hotel is pretty new and rooms were clean. We paid for the daily breakfast which I would highly recommend. We relied on the staff a number of times to help us with directions and find locations and they were consistently helpful. more

This hotel is amazing. New, clean, modern and great location. Literally right next to night market and many restaurants. Front desk was helpful in planning excursions. Great breakfast buffet (at a typical American price). We found room service to be excellent and a great value. The pool is wonderful. Not huge, but large enough for a dip and leisurely swim.... more

We were in town for a wedding and this was my brother's gift to us. He put us up in the newest hotel in town, and too bad he and the bride didn't stay a few nights in the super deluxe suite. LM is modern, geared to the business travel with clean lines, light colors, and a sense of spaciousness.... more

The hotel was bright, modern, clean and had very attentive service. I loved the ultra modern vibe. We spent a few hours by the pool (which is MUCH nicer than the photos on their website) and had great service. The hotel had booked us to a cooking school and to the elephant sanctuary via e-mail in advance. Everything was perfectly... more

Probably this is the best hotel in Chiang Mai opened in 2008. The room is spacious and has a big window look over the city. I felt like staying all day in my hotel room!! more

Le Meridien has managed to create a hotel which perfectly caters for the seasoned business traveler with attentive and friendly service. Nice touches that we commented on was the use of artists and designers to spruce up things which would normally go unnoticed such as room cards and lift music. The rooms were great with good views of Chiang Mai.... more
