located within a nightlife area outside the old city area, it's ok for a one-night stay ; simple room, simple bathroom, very good price, decent sleeping quality and friendly staff - but otherwise nothing special

Well, the most impressive thing here for me is breakfast. Compared to the room rate with how good the buffet line breakfast here provided is excellent to me, so do other things in the hotels. This place is surrounded by many nice places for shopping and eating, night market, cute shopping malls, dog cafe, bars. I swear I will re-visit this hotel. ;)

Originally built as a bog-standard apartment building, now masquerading as a boutique hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai's trend zone. Rooms are basic and showing their age. The same room in any other area of town would be worth half the advertised price -- but if location is a must...

Very simple hotel. Only 1 lady speaks English. Rooms are very simple. Breakfast horrible. They provide cold food even eggs were cold. I ordered special food pasta with veggies but pasta were over boiled n got only red cabbage. Don't book room with breakfast as there r couple of restaurants closeby who serves good breakfast

I stayed at the Mayflower hotel for one night before heading to Mae Sa, it was a very nice stay and the location was close to everywhere we needed to go yet still far enough away to not hear the cars and motorbikes all night. We rented a bike from within the hotel lobby very legit business no funny business after returning the bikes, also a taxi was arranged for me to return to the airport.

We stayed for a 3 day period. The hotel's infrastructure is okay, with a very nice lobby area. The room was also nice. The location is not perfect as it takes around 20/30 minutes to get to city center and around 45 to get to the night bazaar. Of course there are many transport options, but we would rather walk wherever we go. The main downside was the breakfast. The Thai food was nice, but the rest of the options was poor. The room is also very plain and had no comfort whatsoever.

This hotel is located in Nimann, the new part of the city. The location is good. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, a nice chique shopping arcade (One Nieman) with a nice food-court and a large shopping mall also in the neighbourhood. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a touringdesk with helpful and friendlyy staff next to the reception. Rooms are spacious and clean and has a city view or mountain view. Rooms are clean, but furniture are a bit worn out, There is everything you need tough. Wifi is free and speed is above average. Breakfast is basic, but the coffee is ok. Price is right for a hotel in this category.

We stayed here for one night after arriving from Bangkok. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Service was fine. The elevator only starts one flight up from the lobby, but that was not a problem for us.

The hotel is clean and the location is good near shopping area. However, the service is not so good. the receptions shall be more welcome to customers. The elevator locate on second floor so if you have big luggage better call bellboy. i have problem with the reception for the tax invoice. I had mentioned on the day i had checked in but when i checked out they said nobody informed them with the bad mood on their face.

Convenient location, close to lots of restaurants, clean and reasonable price. I didn't try breakfast so I don't know whether it's good or bad. Oh and it's about 5-10 minutes from airport so it's quite cool.
