We stayed for a month and enjoyed our apartment here. The staff is excellent, restaurant is good, and we enjoyed being close to the Thanin Market. You will likely need transportation from here as it isn't walking distance to most things, but it's still a good place to stay.

Nice hotel, staff friendly, good breakfast (any 6 or 7 choice), good location near to the best market in Chiang Mai (Thanin Market). Rooms very big and clean. Bathroom also big, clean and good shower. Free internet very fast connection. I stay 2 weeks on this month. I stay here more than 5 times at last 5 years.

Helpfull staff & good rooms- don't bother with the breakfast- find your own nearby @ the market around the corner. Steve runs the Spirit house restaurant- great for close food over the road. Wifi was sporadic initially- otherwise ok.
