The location is very close to Pattaya beach, many pubs and cafe at night, suitable for those who like to spend the night drinking and have fun. Room was OK and the breakfast was average. Mall was in front of the hotel

Initial impression was very favourable and in keeping with daily rate (£50/night), very nice reception area and friendly and efficient reception staff. However quality of rooms and service did not warrant the amount paid. Pleasant hotel but overpriced. Very close to beach which was a saving grace.
