this small 'boutique" bed and breakfast is off the beaten path in Pattaya but well worth the search. The rack rate is certainly more than reasonable for the size of the room provided. The property is very well maintained and beautifully clean. The bathroom was stunning and well designed. The staff is friendly and helpful and quite composed. There are... More

A recently build boutique hotel that caters to LGBT guests (mostly men) with stylish rooms, delicious food and a sauna all on the same property. Staff are very friendly, helpful and can arrange any tour or transportation in southern Thailand or to Bangkok, about 50 miles north of Jomthien Beach (adjacent to Pattaya). Swimming pool, restaurant, massage, TV lounge, small... More

The sauna itself is well run and mainted but it's a strange local crowd. The hot guys seem very unfriendly and aloof, and the unattractive ones are too pushy.

The guesthouse and sauna is located in quiet surroundings between central Pattaya and Jomtien. It has a nice pool, but they didn´t bother to get it ready for the guests until 2 pm when the sauna opens. The staff was nice, but their english was not good. To ask for towels they forgot to put in the bathroom took some... More

First of all I want to say that I really do not like Thailand. Until now I have only been to Bangkok and Pattaya but it is not beautiful at all and people who call Thailand the smiling country are probably people who didn't really travel other countries than Spain, Tunesia, or Thailand. I found nothing exotic about this Thai... More

Nice place at the outset but with not so good feeling upon exploring. Just one person to understand even basic english which makes it very difficult them understand even a small word as Tea. Tui's place opposite Gay beach is much cheaper and better in terms of value for money besides having superb locaiton. Not to miss to mention about... More

I'm concentrating on the sauna/spa as I haven't stayed in the adjoining guesthouse, although I have inspected the rooms, which are nicely decorated and appointed. However, the accommodation is on the expensive side, by Pattaya standards and, if you don't have transport, the location is not ideal, being down a long soi (lane) from the main road, about half-way between... Please remember this is a GAY hotel with a sauna complex My 2nd visit was Nov 2011 (10 nights), my 1st May 2010 (a week). Will I be going back again, most definitely. The THB1500-2000 (£30-40) per day room rate includes B&B, wifi and access to the Sauna facility. The rooms are large and airy, with aircon and o/head fan,... More

Just got back from Thailand, and stayed 4 nights in Pattaya at the Sansuk, and loved the food, the room was excellent, and the staff were superb, even though some of them had very limited english, what can you expect, being in a foreign country. Punya is a lovely man, and takes time to get to know his guests. The... More
