This is a great little hotel. Excellent value, excellent staff, nice restaurant, and quite pool on the roof. Will definitely stay again. A friend had a standard room which was almost the same but felt a bit like a budget room (which it was) I think a paid £4 a night extra and got all mod cons. Plenty of space... More

Nice experience, good staff, changed my room without charging me (because of some noise from neighbors). Nice rooms and a very very good location! Very good for someone who is the first time in pattaya, very close to everything by foot and (7 eleven, McDonalds, cinema, bowling, walking street)

1. Charged for beverages not consumed. 2. Maid service essentially non-existant. Toilet paper only supplied after countless calls to reception. 3. Rooms are dirty. 4. Rude. Staff makes rude (crude) comments about guests assuming they don't understand Thai Avoid at all costs.

Beach Road is one way South. 2nd Road is one way Norrh. Soi 13 is one of many streets joining the two and has an expat bar, several hotel bars and a market of sorts. Inn house has such a forgettable name and is one of several similar in same street. I stayed 50 yards away last time in Dynasty.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is good as it is near to the beach and walking street. Standard room is big enough and i like the balcony. Bad thing is that it was raining that time so we we're just inside the room. I will definitely stay here again in my next visit.

Nice small hotel with newly done rooms. Small pool on roof. Overpriced, but reasonably good restaurant run independently. Staff average friendly. Not very interested to address any problems. great place great rooms good position sportsmans bar opposite good food,drinks friendly staff ,if you play golf they set you up with courses .Very handy to all markets and attractions on beach
