Very relaxed place to stay friendly helpful staff fair prices for food and drinks Good location central shopping, royal garden and mike shopping mall all in walking distance. Nothing special about thw hotel but always good to stay here all good value for money. Be back again.

This hotel provides you with the basics - a clean room with a washroom, security, and a convenient location. While there are no extras (like complimentary shampoo, soap, etc.) and they are strict on the amount of towels they give you, their pool was really refreshing. I have stayed here several times...but this is the last time....they always try to overcharge on check out. When you argue you are deemed a troublemaker. Its usually over the refund for the safe deposit key or alleged use of the mini bar etc...They never spend any money improving the rooms.The buffet stinks -because they wipe around the food containers... I am a chef myself visited the buffett I found meat that was undercooked pink chicken!!! Eggs were not cooked correctly. Servers were picking up raw seafood and with same tool serving someone some "cooked" beef I had only eaten a little and left woke up next morning with food poisinig stay away !!!
