Very budget option (about 8$ for double room) but terribly noisy. Never choose a room on a street side - I am sure you will not sleep until late night. No air-con (however, Da Lat is on high attitude and temperatures are rather easy to stand). Cleanliness is much below even Vietnamese standard. We stayed in Da Lat for one...
