Big rooms, helpfull stuff, good brealfast. Clean sheets and towels every day. Old equipment but works. Curtains in window not fresh.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the old quarter and the lake... Very helpful and friendly staff.there's No lift and there are a lot of stairs but staff help with bags. Good value. Can be very noisy at night.

This is really a beautiful hotel. It locates in the old quarter of Hanoi capital. You can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake , Dong Xuan Market in five minutes. We chose this hotel by happen and thought we were so lucky finally. Very nice room and good location as well. The service was very prompt whenever we call the reception, housekeeping etc... The staff were very helpful when we had to move in the middle of the stay.

The hotel has nice design, and rooms were clean and rather big with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Connection wifi in the room, perfect temperature inside without any noise of climatization.
