The hotel overall was good! Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, room was clean. You must pay for internet which is lously I think... We booked a half day private tour though the hotel which was great, we payed about $60 USD for the tour and saw a fair bit. We looked at booking a Halong Bay cruise through the... More

This hotel was chosen for us by our tour operator. Overall this is a clean modern hotel. One thing that really irks me in this day and age are hotels that charge for Internet access. This hotel charges a minimum of $2 per hour for access. This in itself wouldn't be bad but you can't pause usage; once you pay... More

We stayed here for one night as part of a package which included a one night stay here followed by a one night stay on the Emeraude Cruise. Location-wise it is quite nice as the road isn't as busy as most of the other roads in Hanoi but it's still close enough to most of the attractions like the Old... More

I've read the reviews here but feel that they don't really give this hotel enough justice. I got a room last minute at $105 USD / night which is a pretty good deal and had a lovely time. Good little gym.. and the food was ok. The room was not a bad size for its money, and when I had... More

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of a trip around South East Asia. It is a reasonable hotel, in quite a good location. We found that we needed to sleep with earplugs due to the noise of the traffic, the constant toot toot made it impossible to sleep. The staff at reception were pleasant but everyone gave... More

This was our first stop in Vietnam, room were decorated nicely, very modern, very good buffet breakfast with a big selection! Only one bad point the shower screen leaked badly, water all over the floor after you had a shower but nothing to spoil our stay. Would recommend if you are staying in Hanoi More

Dear Guest, I am glad to read that we have overall met your expectation. I have also well noted your point regarding the water leaking in the shower. For its class the hotel is not luxurious by any means. Small lobby area with only 2 lifts in service. Mind you it's not a big hotel. Room is of average size and so is the bathroom but quite pretty and comfortable. Higher floors are much better because of the noise from the street and the bar downstairs. Not much... More

This was our first hotel on an epic tour of Vietnam ( watch for further reviews! ) and so we were really excited to reach it. It has a lovely reception area and we were greeted quickly and efficiently for our check-in. The luggage arrived at the room immediately and all the porters were really friendly. The room itself was... More

I booked this hotel on a special for $100/night with a free airport pickup (2 nights minimum), however even with this promotion the hotel did not live up to this price tag. Cons 1) The shower could not keep a constant temperature, it went from hot/cold often. This is something I would expect from a $40/night hotel room NOT a... More

We found this Hotel a bit far out in location but there are some nice restaurants/food outlets within a 15-min walking distance (We did not eat at the Hotel).
