Rooms rather smaller but very cute . Computer in the room was definitely plus. Bed was very comfortable, and people working in this hotel are very helpful . Hotel has elevator . Hotel is in walking distance to the main tourist attraction .

10/10 best customer service. Friendliest people and was a pleasure meeting everyone. Had a great stay, staff were so helpful in, organizing trips, train tickets and anywhere we needed to go. we needed to stay few extra nights and it was sorted no problems. Wifi was high speed. Would recommend to all my family at friends.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are good but no any windows. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel's location is in a little street that you can see local people daily life. Around hotel has market and many food carts,so you can eat cheap Vietnamese food.
