We totally stayed here for 3 nights and everything more than we expected. Service in hotel was excellent and very accommodating. The front desk staff was very helpful. Not forgetting other staff assistance with car hire for city trip and Tam Coc Trip for one day. I would go out to say they would probably accomodate almost every reasonable need.

Excellent location. The room was large with very comfortable bed, clean with a laptop, kettle and tea and coffee, aircon etc. Staff were great. Free breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel, better rooms than more expensive hotels in same area
