My stay at the hotel was very pleasant with assistance rendered by the Conceirge staff who gave valuable advice on where to visit and to assist my 2 elderly parents whenever needed. “Perfect”

Apart from maybe the location, this hotel was a great find. The buffet had a good selection of food, the facilities were great, the staff (mostly) helpful. When my husband was sick, the staff offered to go to the local pharmacy for us to get some medicines.

Stayed here prior to a group tour. Paid the extra money to stay on the club floors with access to the club lounge. Excellent service, excellent rooms and excellent food. Has a nice view over the lakes and a pool with a retractable roof. Also had massages while at the hotel and they were very well priced. No complaints here... More

“WoW Factor.”
