Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, one night away, then back for 2 nights. Staff have very poor command of English. Arrived in Hanoi by train, at 5 in the morning very tired. The Zephyr hotel came with positive reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff was accomodating, the breakfast was well prepared and the room was as expected. The location was the original reason we booked the hotel. We enjoy being in smaller hotels and the Zephyr was a very comfortable property.

I stayed for conference in November and it was very nice and comfortable stay. Staff was helpful, got fresh various fruits every morning as a compliment. Location is in the center of Hanoi from were you can easily reach popular sightseeing locations.
