Wonderful hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel because of several reasons: Beds were clean and comfortable, our room was charming and spacious, the breakfast was great, the staffs were attentive and friendly, we also like the location too, close to the old quarter but hide away from the crowded area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

No soundproofing whatsoever so sleep quality is awful - especially the rooms facing the road but there is no double glazing and not much insulation between rooms. We stayed at this hotel for the last night of a small group tour. Its an adequate hotel but there are better value places in Hanoi. The maids make a lot of noise in the hallways early in the morning and the rooms dont really have any sound proofing. The breakfast was okay.
