Just come back from north to south tour. I must WARN any future travellers with this company, of the health issues involved. The first day of sightseeing involved a trishaw ride in the ancient quarter, this takes best part of I hour. There are around 30,000000 scooters in Vietnam, each carrying up to four persons at a time. Around 80%... More

If you need a modestly priced hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi, my wife and I highly recommend this place to stay. The place itself is clean, the water hot and air-conditioner works well. The beds are comfortable, the linen and towels very adequate. The rooms have plenty of space. The food served at breakfast was just right. The... More

We wanted a family room for one night and were rapt with what we got at this hotel as it was nearly half the price( $US45) of another we had looked at. Staff helpful and friendly (as at most Vietnamese hotels) and always smiling. "Pho 30" is on the corner of Chan Cam St where we found the best pho... More

Camellia is a great budget hotel in a great location. The girl at reception was so sweet and helpful and the rooms are very basic but good size for the price. The room was clean and quiet considering the busy surrounding streets. The showers weren't great but on the whole a really positive experience. We loved Hanoi
