Staying at this hotel was fantastic! The guys looked after us really well organising washing and even looking after our motorbikes whilst we went to Halong bay! Will be staying here again after I travel to Sapa! Thanks again! Steve

This is a very nice hotel right in the middle of Hanoi old town. It is extremely clean and the staff are very helpful. There are lots of scams in Hanoi and the hotel staff were good in warning us about these and in ordering us taxis that were scammers etc.

I was not amused by this hotel. 18€ for a double bed room which has dirty sheets with holes. We stayed at the Royal Hotel for one night in Hanoi - decent budget hotel, good wifi, decent breakfast, friendly staff - does the job a budget hotel should do - reasonably clean - if you are after a reasonable budget hotel - this will fit the bill - in the quaint old quarter.
