The Interconti as its known locally is a bit of fresh air in this tropical city. Situated on the West Lake the cooling breezes by the pool and into the rooms are very welcome. A few hiccups were sorted out extremely professionally. Room was comfortable with good balconies. Nice outdoor pool. Breakfast good, dinner a bit disappointing. Well worth upgrading to executive room to benefit from the superb executive club which is a peaceful place to retreat to after the noise of Hanoi with complimentary good wine and light bites.
