This hotel is ideal if you are looking for somewhere near the airport but also want someone nice and comfortable. I have now stayed their twice for this purpose and would recommend it very highly. The hotel offers complementary airport pick-ups which are very professional and efficient. Taxis back to the airport are super cheap and only take 10 minutes... More

I stayed here with my two daughters, ages 10 and 12, for two weeks in October, 2011. The stay could not have been more perfect. The staff is so helpful for anything you want. There was construction going on so they changed our room two times (at our request) so we would not hear noise, moving my daughter's extra bed,... More

I stayed here with my son for one night during a stop over. It is an extremely comfortable international style hotel. It is large and a bit glitzy, but you cannot complain about the food, service nor rooms. The breakfast offers a particularly good selection of foods. If you want an idiosyncratic boutique hotel experience this is not for you, but... More

This is a great hotel. Super quiet as it's a little bit out of the main hustle and bustle. The staff are lovely and were especially nice to our kids. The rooms were clean, a good size and comfortable. The buffet breakfast (the only meal we ate at the hotel) was fresh with great variety and quality. More

Upmarket Hotel close to the airport. The rooms were clean and quiet.Wi fi worked well. Restaurant had both western and Vietnamese food, typical buffet breakfast with great choices, the staff were more than courteous. I utilised "An" in reception as my travel agent, exchanged money, booked my tours, she even had 3 plane tickets booked when i returned from the... More

We stayed twice at this Hotel and found both experiences to be terrible. They are currently renovating and even though they tell you that their is noise between 9am-5pm there is actually noise from 7am-9pm. This is the most frustrating hotel we have ever stayed at! They have a wedding every night so if you want to use the pool,... More

Thought I was going to an average hotel for our one night stay before heading to Ca Mau the following morning. This is a magnificent hotel. It surpassed all expectations in all aspects. The security manager went outside his duties to help me when I had my necklaces ripped off my neck three hours after arriving while out an about... More

Poor food, non English speaking staff, need a translator for fried eggs (!), and over priced! Try the Movenpick instead, great value for money and an amazing buffet for breakfast. More

This hotel has a nice feel to it. Stayed here only one night as a stopover on my way to Hanoi. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. They have massage services on site. I had one massage, one hour, about US$20. The young lady walked on my back which was a first for me, and I was amazed... More
