Booked Mini 6 via Agoda and on arrival put in Mini 5 without any explanation. The room (401)is dated and in need of upgrade, bathroom very small and had mould on roof. This is a great hotel located in the center of Ho Chi Minh city. The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is served daily on the top floor. Tours can be arranged from the front desk. The staff are very helpful and happy. I would recommend this hotel.

My family stayed here for 3 nights when we first arrived in Vietnam. We had one room with two large double beds in it overlooking the main street. It was quite comfortable, and quiet!! Situated in the heart of busy district for tourists. Near in shopping stores and different restaurants. It takes 15 min walk going to the night market.The hotel and rooms don't look like the way it is presented on the website. Noisiest place we have ever stayed....in the world. Location is slap-bang in the middle of the backpacker's area.
