The hotel was pretty nice, the rooms were quite nice. Overall the hotel was pretty good but while we were out some money went missing after the cleaner came in. We can't prove the cleaner stole from us but that's the only explanation considering we looked around for it quite a while.

Just a good quality hotel in city centre. Excellent base for sightseeing. Clean and smart.

We booked 2 rooms on the 7th floor, it was new year's eve and close to the city centre (15-20 mins walk away from the firework). 1 room was facing the main street so it was noisier, the other room we had was facing the other direction so it was quite peaceful and quiet. Overall a pretty good experience.

We had booked a deluxe twin room online (through a hotel booking website). When we checked in, they gave us a room with only one bed. This hotel is located well for sightseeing and shopping within easy reach of Ben Thang Market. The vibrant "Backpaker Streets" are just around the corner (literally!) with lots of pubs, restaurants and night life. We arrived early on the night train and was unfortunately forced to pay a whole days rate for the five hours we would spend extra in...

Respreshingly modern hotel right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. We had a very large 2 room suite which was very light and clean. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings were very modern and well decorated. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a lot options. Situated across from the park and a block to the markets. A lot of eating places...

We stayed here just four nights at the beginning of a tour and it was a good start. Our room faced in the inside so was very quiet, but you really didn't know what the weather was like until you heard the rain on the roof. There was a good selection for breakfast but when items ran out they were...

The Vien Dong is a larger hotel and definitely not boutique (100 rooms) which seems to make it a bit less friendly and impersonal. When I arrived, the porter who helped bring my bags to my room would not leave without a tip and refused to answer any question about tours/travel agencies.
The breakfast buffet offers quite a selection, but...
