We have paid a 3 stars hotel which does not meet the 3 stars standards: the towels and sheets are dirty, there a small pool which is not cleaned or maintained. We have booked a senior deluxe room with sea view, but there was no sea view. The quality of the room is very poor.

The entrance to this modern hotel looks great and its only about 200 metres from the beach, loads of shops and bars and restaurants nearby. However, the rooms appear to have been fitted out by a talented gardener rather than a set of builders, plumbers and electricians - why can't they fit taps properly in Vietnam or seal shower units?
