I don't usually write any reviews, but for the sake of the next victims, I feel the needs to do so. Here is my recommendation - avoid this hotel at all costs. I have been staying at a lot of hotels over the years so I know what an acceptable hotel should be like. I had no choice but to stay at this hotel because of the government's quarantine requirement when entering the country. In addition to making me pay extra for no reason but to scam me (i,e they purposely didn't tell me to check out on time at 12pm even though I was allowed out way before that, they made sure that I stayed pass 12pm and citing that it was 1pm I must pay extra, they were holding my passport at the time so I had no choice) Now let's get to the horrible services that they provided. The two weeks of staying at that hotel proved that the services are helpless. I had requested a no interruption daily but the result were "interruptions" daily. So my sleeping quality was awful. The bed sheet was itchy, the washroom was extremely gross, the room was small, the AC remote doesn't work, the room supplies were next nothing, no daily coffee or tea. Furthermore, I had to call for toilet paper, napkin, towel daily as well. Apparently, the instruction of "please refill my basic supplies daily" didn't click. If you have the money to spend, this should be the last choice when there is no more hotel available in the entire city. I won't go back even if I was asked to stay for free. Incredibly horrible, please avoid!

Following are some issues encountered: Firstly, some of the receptionists during my stay were not quite friendly and accommodating. I just can tell. Secondly, the receptionists failed to deliver the service i needed. I supposed to have 2 complimentary bottles of water in my room. I asked the receptionist in person that i needed those bottles of water. She said she will ask the other staff. When i came back from sightseeing, still no water in my room. I called the receptionist asking about my water. She said she will look into it. Still no action taken about the issue. I gave up. I'm referring to the receptionist(s) on December 27, 2019 at day time. Thirdly, the fitness center which stated in the website doesn't really exist. No gym, no sauna, no steam room, and no spa. The written services fees inside the room were not also accurate. Fourthly, water leakage from the toilet in the room should be fixed. So I hope the management will look at these issues in the future. Some good things in this hotel are: there's warm water for shower, good WiFi Internet connection, plenty of food choices for breakfast.

Where do I begin... Firstly, it was a 'budget' hotel, however it was booked due to the room & amenities - see below. It stated on Agoda (and also why I booked this room) was that it had a bathtub AND a balcony – on checking in, I had to make a choice of either, a balcony OR a bathtub. There were several things that the room was listed as having, yet did not - there was * no hair dryer, * no DVD/CD player * no coffee/tea maker, * no mini bar, * no seating area, * no ironing facilities, * no in-room safe, * no laptop safe The water in the shower pooled behind a glass divider, making the floor very wet until the next morning. As the room is not sealed completely, mosquitoes kept us scratching during the night. The A/C was old & took forever to cool the room down, & there was no fan. The cleaner made up our room, but we had to ask her to come back to clean the cups we'd used, she then rinsed them in our bathroom sink using cold undrinkable tap water & no dishwashing liquid. We needed to go looking for another roll of toilet paper as there was no extra. There is nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom. The "slippers" were a pair of child sized thongs (flip flops), that had clearly been worn by others (extremely unhygienic & a great way to pass on any foot fungal issues), & they had the top of the base cut off them. The picture on the website in reality is very different & much smaller. On a positive note, the staff were friendly & the breakfast was reasonable, the location was good, however not enough for us to ever stay there again, or trust the booking site to accurately describe the rooms & amenities.

I could feel the cleanliness of the room and bathroom even though it is very old and outdated. I booked here as the bus we took from Siem Reap arrived near Central Market. We walked to Asia Hotel in 2 minutes. I booked as they have buffet breakfast and to me the buffet is quite good when my room rate costs only 22 USD for 2 persons with trip.com Hotel has an elevator. My room has a window and door can be opened and I can walk to the balcony of the big noisy street. Staff at restaurant talk quite loudly. Around there I see many Chinese restaurants. Just an old hotel to crash for the convenience before deciding where to stay next so it serves its purpose.

average room, there were smokers everywhere and room service was rather poor, bare basics for the price, it could have been cheaper. Breakfast was quite widespread but fairly standard. Laundry is $1 for shirt and pants

The room was good enough considering it is a 3 star rated hotel. The hot water worked and electricity and wifi were functioning. Breakfast had improved and the noodle soup was good. Laundry only cost US$0.50 per piece.
