It's a nice guesthouse,in a little street full of guesthouse and massage spa. The room wasn't so big and the air conditioner didn't work proply but very cheap. It's near the nightlife's center (10 minuts by walk) but near the guesthouse everything is closed late at night. Good if you don't want to spend so much,have a good trip ;-)

as others have stated in other reviews i,ll back up the fact that the reception staff have PROBLEMS. this guesthouse is in a narrow tuk tuk choked side street which is out of the way of the tourist area.if you like noise and cramped conditions this place is for you...but i found a new guesthouse with no problems what soever... Whether you choose an air-con room or not you will not be disappointed with this hotel.
