Mr. Lak Sokchan is an asset to the hotel. He has been friendly helpful and considerate and would be one of the reason I would recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean, the room nicely decorated, as was the lobby and dining room. It had all the amenities and is in a great location by the river.

Great location with view on the river, nevertheless the hospitality and the service do not met the expectations. Unfriendly staff at the reception, wait staff has an obvious lack of qualification, breakfast service extremely poor, selection on the buffet boring. No lift in the hotel, rooms are ok but not exceptional for the price paid.
