Dear Tonyhalik, Thank you so much for your kind feedback, Indeed The Kabiki is located in the street where the Prime Minister has a property resulting for our guests of a 100 meters walk to reach The Kabiki but a very calm and safe environment. I am really surprised you didn't enjoy our breakfast, it includes fresh passion juice, homemade... More

The Kabiki is a beautiful spot with pool and trees. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There is plenty of security in the area and they stop traffic from going past, which makes it quieter than most places I imagine. Noice mostly comes from the birds which wake me in the morning, and occasionally in the evening you might... More

We stayed in the newer rooms upstairs and they were just as lovely as the downstairs rooms. I really love the setting of this hotel, beautiful gardens, lovely friendly staff, cute little kittens playing around our table while we ate our breakfast. Another great stay.

We researched this hotel on TripAdvisor and alas we were disappointed. We stayed for 4 nights in early May in an Superior Double with bunk bed and terrace. The Good: - The breakfast - assorted breads, muesli, yoghurt, fruit plate, passion fruit juice, choice of eggs with ham or bacon, tea and coffee. - The breakfast staff - we found... More

We are on our 2nd night of a 3 night stay. The rooms are simple and clean. Not fancy, but we have everything we need. The beds, while a tad hard, are quite comfortable. The pool is TO DIE FOR after a hot day in Phnom Penh. It's located in a very peaceful garden. You would never know you are... More

We are a family of 4 and we stayed for 3 nights in two adjoining ground floor rooms during April. Rooms are clean and well set up with enough space without being huge. The thing we liked the most was the pool which was set in a very nice quiet garden - great to cool off at the end of... More

This is an excellent property where we stopped to get a breath in our round S.E. Asia trip.We were there during the Cambodian New Year celebrations so lots of places were closed and lots of children in the pool! Other than the location which we thought was a tiny bit out of the way there was nothing to really dislike.... More

I'm sitting around the pool as I type this; gorgeous place - a perfect oasis in the middle of Phnom Penh. We have 3 kids so it was hard to extract them from the pool to head off to Silk Island (Koh Dach) by boat today (don't pay more than USD15 per hour for a boat). We're in family room... More
