I stayed in Kaya Hotel for 4 nights. it was really well-located hotel for someone who gets around by tram, because tramway station is located just in front of hotel. there are many Turkish restaurant and coffee which you can enjoy them if you like traditional modes of life. However, the hotel is only a 3star hotel and other its... More

We stayed in this hotel since it was booked by Papiro Tours as part of a tour purchase via Muchoviaje and Rumbo.es... They advertise another hotel (that looks nicer) and they used this one (apparently they always do...). The location is good because it's near a tram station but you could find a hotel that is closer to the city... More

Kaya hotel was in a very good location, straight opposite the trams to all the main sites. However, as it was right in town it was very noisy! The rooms were pretty standard however our room smelt like smoke and didn't seem as though it had been vacuumed. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

an ok hotel... just. On a main noisy busy street (tooting horns, sirens, tram bells) with a tired air about the place. We were on the 4th floor facing the main street. The only benefit of this place is that you are right on the tram route, except that's not a benefit coz the trams just add to the noise!... More

We stayed in the Hotel Kaya as part of an Anzac Day tour package. The only positive was we were not in the hotel much and sharing jokes with the fellow tour members of how terrible the hotel is! Our room had cigarette burns/stains all over the carpet. We were on the first floor facing the road which is very... More

When we arrived at 23:45 at night we did not have our reserved room waiting for us because somebody mixed things up during the day. We later found out that this happened to 4 other couples on the same day. Don´t ask for a wake up call - it will not happen. The whole hotel has suffered quite some wear... More
