there are bus station and train station right in front of hotel. the break fast was ok , price is fair. the rooms are not so clean but the bathroom is clean. it it fair for the cost you paid. it is good for Iranian people because the receptionist knows persian completely.

Kaya hotel was in a very good location, straight opposite the trams to all the main sites. However, as it was right in town it was very noisy! The rooms were pretty standard however our room smelt like smoke and didn't seem as though it had been vacuumed. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

When we arrived at 23:45 at night we did not have our reserved room waiting for us because somebody mixed things up during the day. We later found out that this happened to 4 other couples on the same day. Don´t ask for a wake up call - it will not happen. The whole hotel has suffered quite some wear... More
