The room was dirty and had an odor. I even had a smelly cat in my room. Although the staff had taken it out, the smell remained. The mini-bar was empty. The staff was completely unfriendly and in the end, I had my money stolen.

We put up several guests here for our wedding in Istanbul. They all said they had a great time and especially appreciated the service/help from the staff.
