We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights along with our 2 kids. Rooms are clean, little small though. Location is very close to tram station and close to attractions. It is with in walking distance from the Metro station. We took metro from and to Airport. Not bad at all.

Location of the hotel is great. It's right off the tram line, and the tourist sites are within walking distance. Hotel room is clean, and the bathroom seems newly renovated. Staff are friendly. The spa downstairs has a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi that are free for use. Massage treatments, however, are priced for tourists.

I would like to recommend this hotel to all my friends. Excellent staff, very helpful and polite, nice breakfast and dinner, clean comfortable and good location. I would love to stay there again.Don't be disappointed from the average lobby.... the hotel upstairs is excellent!!!

I have visited the hotel from 28 june until 1 July. The staff is indeed not helpful and more importantly several goods were missing from our room after we visited the city. The staff declares they are not responsible for your luggage so I advise you to use the safe box and to lock your baggage!!!

The hotel is well located, approximately 15min walk from the main tourist attractions. Rooms are clean with air-conditioning. Breakfast is not that great and you have to pay extra for freshly squeezed orange juice. Reception staff is very unfriendly.
