It wasn't a good experience at all. Turkish Airlines booked this hotel for me due one flight cancel. The reception was very busy and the employees wanted to take my passport as guarantee. Hotel is really nice and rather new- great gym, spa, rooms, service, staff. Everything is rather good, except for two areas:1) shower, 2) location. Taking shower was such a pain. It was hard to maintain stable water temperature, water runs hot and cold, all the time, or simply stops for few minutes (water bubbles). And second problem is location issue.... More

Honestly, I was not going to write such high review on this hotel as they certainly have several issues to improve, but we (large group of people) were amazed by behavior of one of very young guy, who has showed great hospitality and care. Very positive experience!

I attended a 3-day conference at Titanic. My room was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious bathroom, great toiletries. The meeting rooms were large and appropriately equipped with good electronics.
