We stayed in Istanbul at the end of May before the recent troubles. The hotel and its staff were welcoming as we stepped in out of the heat of our taxi journey. “Excellent Location”

Excellent Location (near Metro station). Service and staff are good and they guide us where to go in Istanbul. Room very clean and equipped with everything. View and food in the Roof Restaurant is excellent. Internet is expansive.

“Excellent Location, Near Taksim”

Hotel is in pretty good shape, following recent renovation. The breakfast is excellent. Rooms are spacious with excellent views. The location is convenient to Taksim square and to the public transportation network. Taxis are slow in Istanbul due to traffic, so familiarizing yourself with the trams is key.

“Nice Hotel by all means ...”

Location, rooms, Lounge at top roof, all of these are reasons to stay again whenever I'm in Istanbul Turky ... Breakfast buffet is a mix of international and Local Turkish cousins ... Afternoon Tea in the Lobby just like home with a twist of Turkish culture ... Will done guys ...

“Simply nice and luxurious”

Check in from 22nd may till 27th this year...i can sum up by saying the comfort level is so high i felt dreadful to leave the room for my meetings...the breakfast was ok not too assuming..the best part was the 19th floor overlooking the Bhosphorous ..if my spelling is correct...breathtaking...esp at night...simply awesome...the room rate...exorbitant i think..otherwise the staff are... “Not cutting edge, but everything you need and great staff”

Very helpful efficient hotel in a great location for touristing in Istanbul. Our junior suite was huge and well designed. Shower was great, the bath had double sinks and a magnifying mirror; both always welcome. THe decor in standard 5 star hotel, except for the lobby which could use a makeover. But everything worked well. Excellent buffet at breakfast.

“Good hotel, nice location, Istanbul worth a visit”

Hotel clean, spacious and staff very good - specifically the restaurant/cafe staff. One slighty stroppy receptionist but overall very helpful. Nice pool area, some terraced areas with good views over the city. The club lounge has superb view of the Bosphorous. At the top of a hill in Taksim, road quite busy but city very accessible.
