Stayed at the Armada for a week of vacation. Extraordinary breakfast buffet, superlative housekeeping and extremely attentive staff. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Location cannot be surpassed. Very comfortable and nicely appointed rooms. more

Staff at hotel were incredibly friendly, we needed the mattress changing when we first arrived, which they did immediately. They dealt with all our queries in a friendly manner. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Sultanahmet mosque and Ayia Sophia. It can be a bit tricky to find the way as you have to go down some... more

Some of the rooms have decent views, but not worth the premium charged. Location is not convenient to the historic sites. No easy access to the tram or boat launches, meaning you spend a lot on taxis. The concierge service is good but they go for the expensive restaurants.
