I had visited the hotel for a congress the rooms are very cramped, unkempt bathrooms are under stocked with basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit bathrooms plumbing fixtures are old and unclean . There is even no bottled water in rooms in rooms minibar is dirty. Air conditioner thermostat is not working and there is always a stinky smell... More

not a new hotel, very busy Nice lobby, great breakfast, crowded in the morning large room, clean, fully equiped free bottle water quiet, nice bed no drink is allowed to bring into hotel far from tourist attraction, nothing around hotel

“Excellent stay”

We stayed in this hotel for one week. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast very good with a large choice The roof bar is beautiful with a nice band. But to visit Istanbul, the hotel is far from the historic center and from the tram. Ths staff is also nice.

Dedeman Istanbul is an excellent hotel, with a good location and providing excellent conference rooms. The food is excellent and the personnal provides a very kind and quick service. I would recommend this hotel and use it again in the future.

Stayed 22-04-13 for 5 days. Standard room not a bad size but adequate. Good breakfasts and lunch with good variety. Roof top bar, superb views and very relaxing, recommend.
