Stayed at the Moevenpick with my wife with the weekend getaway package. Checkin, Checkout, anytime we talked to the hotel employees, we were always welcomed with a great (and real) smile, and our request taken care of immediately. Food in the restaurants was also great. I often stay at this hotel but this trip the staff all seem demotivated so Im not sure what has gone wrong but in a 5 star hotel, its the staff and service that make the difference not another pillow menu or complimentary fruit basket! Will try somewhere else next time. More
