There is nothing rated 5 stars in this hotel, I would say 3 stars would be more realistic. Rooms are OK, breakfast eatable, location not far from airport, so that's probably reason why airlines are using it for layover passengers. I would say that at least 70% of guests are just spending a night or two as layovers between flights.

The worst hotel I have ever been wifi is the worst it never worked for the three days I was there and it very far from grand bazaar and they had to change my room 2 times and the wifi still didn't work I will not recommend this hotel to anyone .

Because of an urgent business flight to Istanbul, I made a reservation to this hotel. The stay was nice. They were charming and helpful to make my stay pleasant. The location of the hotel was better than my other stays in Istanbul.
