An amazing hotel located in the heart of the city, a stones throw away from Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Mosque. It's nice and quiet there with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants around (albeit expensive ones but nice nonetheless) The hotel staff is very pleasant and hospitable. The breakfast food, a buffet style continental breakfast, is really well prepared and tasty. The rooms are clean, beds comfy and bathrooms spacious and clean as well. The staff will help you out with any questions about the city and they offer nice tours as well. Would definitely recommend it and if I ever come back to Istanbul I'll be staying there again!

We stayed a few days in Istanbul, the hotel is nice and the room is okay and cozy (the bed was a bit to soft for us). The staff is very nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast to start your day. The location is amazing : 5 minutes walk to Sultan Ahmet square.

Its all about the location for this budget hotel. For the price paid we were very happy. Comfy bed, friendly staff , clean with aircon/heating and only 5 mins walk from some of the amazing places to visit. Also adjacent to lots of restaurants some of which are open till 3am. We arrived at midnight so this was perfect.

very nice and cozy hotel, good and kind staff who is always ready to help, also the stuff can speak few languages (English, Turkish and some of them can speak Arabic and Russian). clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The hotel is located in the center of the city near all the attractions. The hotel in the middle eastern Turkish style, very felt the atmosphere of the country. the room has air conditioning, safe, kettle, every day tea and coffee are given, the cleaner gives towels and soap daily. at 17 o'clock in the evening downstairs near the reception usually served coffee and perched.

My parents in-law, my wife, and I were overwhelmed by everyone's warmth, friendliness, courtesy, and helpfulness! We didn't feel like we were in a hotel. We felt like we were visiting friends or family! Examples: Carrying the luggage, uncomplicated and thorough care/cleaning of the room, courteous procurement of e.g. juice even from a shop if it ran out at breakfast, always several water bottles, coffee/tea bags and sugar in the room every day when sitting in the courtyard at any time - even late at night - offering drinks and even cake, always courteous assistance with questions / organization even late at night (2 a.m. / early in the morning!), always a nice, warm conversation with an overwhelming smile on the face... We all particularly liked the design of the interiors. Admittedly, the wooden floors have a certain patina, and the stairways are rather noisy. But all the guests (including us) were well behaved, carefuly walking the stairs and generally very quiet. The location is perfect anyway! So an all-round perfect stay with pure relaxation!

Fantastic location. We were 5 minutes walk away from all the main tourist attractions, Topkapi Palace, The Blue Mosque and The Hagia Sophia. It was great to be able to take a rest break at the hotel in between excursions after setting ourselves up for the day with a good breakfasr. Lovely beds! Very friendly and helpful staff too. Thank-you all so much.

Very small room, not properly clean, even though we were informed that the rooms are cleaned daily, the only thing they did was change the towels and tidy the bed without changing the sheets or duvet covers, bathroom really tiny, shower didn’t work very well, sink was blocked. Poor breakfast, most things had to be asked for them to bring, zero customer service. One thing was only good the location, very close to main attractions, restaurants and shops jus 5 minutes away. If they don’t see it themselves what is wrong they should definitely learn from the reviews and change most of the things to gets the visitors to coming back or get new ones, and to keep them hotel running.
