The worst service i ever encountered. personal are the worst I've seen. the rooms are a bit old and lack Maintenance. breakfast was average or less. not as we know in Israelis hotels. will never return to this hotel.

Very expensive hotel for what you getting, the hotel rooms are so outdated, broken tiles, black grout around tub, duct tape on carpet, leaking ceiling, smelly toilets. some rooms at higher floors are nice, but you will end up paying more then double for this room. The hotel is very very expensive. Location gorgeous, hotel beautiful. Other than this : no value for money. Maintenance issues both in rooms and in public areas, aesthetics issues, stuff broken, rust etc. Lousy service by most staff although we did enjoy a few star employees. Too few.... Sadly no value.

It wos family Pesah hollydays.Thery nice place. Good and kindly service. Russian and Franch friendy. Nice place to go with kids. Big rooms and exsellent view. but little bit complicated with a baby... not much space for baby bed... Will go again
