The view from the upper floors is magical. The rooms are large and have a small balcony, refrigerator, safe, iron, coffee supplies. The bed is comfortable, the linens feel good and smell nice. Breakfast is ample and includes everything one expects from an Israeli luxury hotel. The pool is clean and climate controlled. What makes this hotel special is the employees. Everyone is super helpful. That goes for every department. Reception, housekeeping, kitchen, you name it. You can tell that they choose their employees carefully and emphasize customer service. Everyone gives the impression of really wanting to please the guests, even if it means going out of their way. I highly recommend this hotel.

The physical hotel and rooms are a little worn out, but acceptable. Biggest issues are location and speaking english. The hotel is very far from old city and other tourist sites. The front desk spoke english, but rest of staff spoke little or no english. There target market is the local, very observant Jews. After 3 nights moved to a hotel closer to the Old City.

The hotel is great, a little dated. Some of their systems needed work, for example there were some issues with the parking. The restaurant staff is great; specially Tomer. The front desk staff is hit and miss. Some are great and some are not so great. Our room was small but very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Some of the lights and outlets were not working. With all that said, I would stay here again.

Unforgetable experience at Hamsa Restaurant in Vert Hotel Jerusalem. This amazing hotel offers the most outstanding experience and best service ever seen. Dining in Hamsa restaurant led by deputy hotel director Mr. Firaz Izhiman is a real israeli and culinary pleasure. The dishes are more than tasty and the staff ( Asad ) is creating a good feeling to the guests. After such a great evening the only thing I can think about is that I ‘ll be back soon for sure!! Visited during a friends tour of Israel. City hotel, busy but mostly very efficient. Lovely rooms. Food of a good quality. Staff Attentive Quite a spread out layout, and our group got a little confused finding their way to the group vehicle pick up area from time to time!

A reasonable hotel in a central location, already a reasonable renovation, but for the shower you have to wait 5 minutes for hot water, it is better not to watch TV, a dining room, a pool and elevators, a very good score, the price is completely reasonable

Spent 2 night here with my family. Very nice hotel and very clean. However the room is very small, especially the bath room. Breakfast and dinner are awesome. Many options and taste good. The service is great, hotel staff are very nice compare to other hotel in Jerusalem, especially the one in breakfast and dinner area. Will definitely come back here when I visit Jerusalem.

The Vert hotel is located in downtown Jerusalem. The Hotel is split in half with half of the hotel being used as a permanent housing for some community members but that wasn’t at all an issue. The meals there we’re good for hotel food The coffee with something to be desired, however. I was welcomed every morning by name by this gentleman with a genuine passion for what he does.
