A very friendly & helpful staff in a great hotel that's conveniently located to the Old City & all the best sites, shopping for souvenirs at the shuk (marketplace) & the most convenient transportation to get you there!! Enjoy the tunnel tours, the wailing wall, with even some side trips to the Dead Sea, Kumeron, Masada, etc.

This is my second time to stay there. The location is great. You have the bus station next door with a underground shopping mall with all kinds of resturants. The new rail system runs on the other side of the hotel. There is a wonder rose garden with lots of birds where you can go and learn about the different... More

I stayed at the Jerusalem Gold hotel 2 times during 2012. The location just next to the central bus station as well tram station allows good connections to the main sites as well other major cities. You will not find a friendlier or more helpful staff anywhere. The food is so delicious! My room had beautiful parquet floors, very clean. This is a great place from which to explore Jerusalem! I will definitely get back here soon as I can!

i actually must say the staff has been quite helpful and they did try to fix whatever problem there was. of course you get bad things happened but overall i say the hotel is worth seeing for yourself and it has the advantage of beeing very close to the center/old city also
