We were highly satisfied with the service, the reception, the lobby bar service and cleanliness. Rooms a bit small but were comfortable.. Breakfast was sufficient and very good. Close to the light rail and a 25 minute walk to the Israel Museum. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The hotel is well located, but it has a BIG problem with the cleanliness. The service is non-existent and there is nobody to talk about it. The hotel was full and there is simply not enough staff; not to attend the rooms, nor the reception and so on. Try to avoid this hotel

This hotel was a perfect four star hotel. There was nothing spectacular about it but all of my basic needs were met. Great service throw out all our stay, beautiful pool and delicious food. Short distance to all the marvouls sites Jerusalem has to offer. Pampering room service, nice spa facilities with indoor pool and sauna.. The rooms are pretty clean and spacious.

We had a really lovely family shabbat with lots of delicious food, reasonably priced where we could all be together but each family had their own space. Very successful and the hotel contributed to its success.
