The good stuff first. The hotel is in a good spot, it's on Dizengoff square a 10 minute walk to the beach, perhaps 15 to Rothschild blv and Dizengoff itself has some nice shops and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The old circus is surrounded by similar elegant Bauhaus buildings, however it's a shame that someone in times past... More

Nice little hotel if you're staying for one or two nights. More suitable for city trips than business trips. Location is very good - walking distance to several good restaurants and bars. Rooms and bathrooms are quite small. A lot of noise from the outside can keep you from sleeping well, as the rooms are not well isolated, or will... More

This was my second stay at the Cinema Hotel and I was glad to return and very happy to take the time to recommend them. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great ,and the prices are reasonable. There are no additional surprise rip -off moves such as extra charges for WI-FI or for drinks on the... Dear Dov, Thank you for your lovely review and for recognizing the wonderful staff we have working at the Cinema Hotel. It is true that Cinema, along with every Atlas Hotel, offers free Wi-Fi access to all of its guests as we believe it is a necessity today which should not cost extra money. We are glad to hear you... The little touches make this a special boutique hotel. loved the silent movies constantly playing in the entrance lobby and the complimentry popcorn at the reception desk. The roof top lounge has a great view of Tel Aviv. The wine, drinks and cakes offered at 4:00pm were truly appreciated after a day of exploring Tel Aviv. Rooms are a bit... More

This hotel was centrally located on Dizengoff St (near Dizengoff Shopping Centre) and in easy walking distance of most places of interest. The rooms are small but acceptable. We stayed in room 511 which was quiet. The free WiFi worked well in the room and the breakfast was great with a large choice of food. More

Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a superbly restored International Style ("Bauhaus") building on Tel Aviv's central Dizengoff square, and really stylish from the exterior and from the interior. Don't miss the view from the roof terrace! The hotel has a rather lively surrounding day and night, and the window does not completely... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your nice comments and for recognizing our great staff. As Tel Aviv has one of the largest number of buildings in Bauhaus architecture we are very proud to have kept the original design of the Cinema Hotel so that everyone can admire the Bauhaus style that is such a large part of this city. You... More

We stayed three nights at the Cinema Hotel over the New Year weekend, and it was perfect. Our room was quiet and comfortable, the breakfast buffet superb, the location (at the edge of Dizengoff circle) great for strolling everywhere, the staff (particularly one of the receptionists, Ido) was helpful and informative.... and it felt like a haven in the bustle... Cinema hotel is located in a good location, right by Dizengof center. It is a cute concept that the hotel used to be a cinema. I came to Tel Aviv for business, and I was charged 46 Shekels extra to upgrade the room to bring my wife with me. This was reasonable. However, the room we stayed, room no. 321... More

Wonderful location near many other Bauhaus-designed buildings. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast excellent. There is a historic collection of movie/photography memorabilia in the lobby and mezzanine. The complimentary happy hour only adds to the charm. I'm only sorry that we stayed there for two night, another night in Tel Aviv would have been even better. More
