I stayed at this hotel three times in 2011 (not my choice) and I will simply refuse next time a client tries to accomodate me there. What irritates me about this hotel is that it purports to be a five star hotel but offers service which barely rises above hopeless. So, for instance, you arrive with your family and lots... More

A real Crowne Plaza hotel. Great rooms, large. Excellent furniture. A real surprise. nothing to complain. Just a couple of notes. It is not far from downtown but you need to get a taxi to reach the living heart of Amman. A taxi could easily take at the hotel at higher price then standard taxis. There are some not smoking... The Crowne Plaza hotel in Amman is a very comfortable hotel to stay in though a little far from the city centre. Staff are polite and very helpful. More

Not the best hotel in Amman, and certainly not my first choice. Even though I had a "non-smoking" room it still stinked of cigarette smoke. Elevators were slow and for some reason one always stopped at the Mezzanine floor without pressing the button. Lots of noise in the early hours of the morning from a couple of rooms, which was... I've stayed at this hotel before because it is convenient to our office location in the Abdoun area of Amman. But every time I check in the negotiations start. Does the rate include B & B or not? What's this extortionist rate for Internet? Is it a VIP room or not? Their staff are cool - nothing like their IHG... More

Located on the highest point in Amman with a great view. All the amenties + more were provided. More of a business hotel than for tour groups. Great service, very pleasant staff. Provided us with breakfast on the last day as we had to leave for the airport at 5:00 am. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent with lots of... More

We booked in this hotel as part of a travel agency package so we don't know the price of a room, but we have very decent rooms and we slept very well. We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of our stay in Jordan - they gave us two separate single beds maybe because we were an unmarried couple,... More

I spent five days in Crowne Plaza Hotel during June. I found it a very comfortable friendly, nice, and clean hotel. I tried the "Al Halaby" restaurant at the rooftop, that served delecious Lebanese/Syrian dishes such as shish tawook, homos, and fattoush. The breakfast buffet was excellent, serving a range of international and Middle Eastern varieties of food. The swimming... More
