Our family stayed there for 1 night when we traveled through Jordan. Very decent family hotel which provide parking space, nice clean room with a little balcony, breakfast which would fill you up. Friendly staffs who would tell you where to visit in town. Discount when you pay by cash when check out. Really worth the money.

Quite, peaceful, well equipped and friendly...this is what we have felt about mosaic city hotel. And of course our cab driver Jehad was really nice. He helped us see a lot of Jordan in 3 days. Hotel arranged cab for us to visit Dead sea, baptism site, travel to Wadi rum next day Overall it was a pleasant experience

The difference between my two stays at Mosaic City Hotel was like the difference between staying at a boutique hotel and a pup tent in your grandma’s dank basement. The night I arrived in Jordan, I didn't make it to the hotel until nearly 3am. When i arrived, I was struck by the sleek exterior that stands out among the... More

This hotel appears newly renovated, and clean as a pin. Family run and very hospitable. Hair dryers are not available in the room, but a quick call to the front desk, and they deliver one. Our room had a balcony overlooking the city. Wine and refreshments in room available for purchase at moderate prices. We had dinner in the hotel... More

Stayed at the Mosaic City Hotel for 3 nights in mid April. This is an excellent hotel and highly recommended. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Upon my request, the hotel provided a driver for me and my wife Mr. Fakhrey Abu Saeed.Fakhrey was our driver for the entire time we were in... More

We started our trip in Madaba and decided to end up here too as its so close to the airport. We stayed at the Mariam first time and so wanted to try somewhere different. I would say of all the places we stayed in Jordan, this was the best in its price range. positive points - the location is perfect... More

We collected a car at Amman airport and headed to Madaba as the start point of our tour rather than battle with the city of Amman on a friday afternoon. This gave us an easy ride to Madaba and as long as you arrive from the correct direction (as it is on a one way street) the Mosaic City is... More

We only spent one night in this hotel but it was very clean, spacious and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. We travelled with two children aged 13 and 10 and had a triple room with a huge king sized bed and a single bed for the four of us and this was perfectly adequate. We had an early... More

We had read the reviews on this hotel and were confident that it would be good but it was still better than we expected. The rooms are great and comfortable and the location is within walking distance of the towns attractions. Outstanding value. Highly recommend.
