“Receptionist & Hotel Cleanliness”

Receptionist doesn't knows to welcome guest, I feel so sorry. They doesnt even greet me... During check-in they just ask first was for the money... Cleanliness sucks, room service for just a sandwich takes 2 hrs.

Though the hotel is new and looks like 4star, the service, especially the the house keeping is below average and cannot accommodate if you are planning a week stay. Internet also frequently disconnecting.
