Booked this hotel for a real bargain price online. The location is fantastic, just next to Hamra st with many handy juicebars and restaurants nearby. Stayed 6 nights, rooms are ok although a bit noisy. Ordered twice room service and it was impossible to get someone answering the phone. Arrogant receptionist, dirty rooms, unsupportive room service staff, very old furniture, I had to kill a big cockroach outside the corridor to my room. Very expensive internet access, reservation lady overcharged me for upgrading the room from single to double. I had to cancel my 4 days booking and changed hotel at the 2nd day. More
